Sarah Wilson
Originally from Raleigh, NC, Sarah came to Wilmington for the summer in 1994 and never left! She entered the real estate industry soon after moving to Wilmington. Having spent time early in her career in New Home Sales, she eventually transitioned into Long Term Property Management, which ranged from the marine industry and boat slips to residential homes. Now back on the ‘New Homes’ side of the business, she believes the most important part of real estate is building relationships and developing trust! She takes the time to get to know her clients and to discover and fully understand their needs. The trust they develop in her puts them at ease during their real estate transaction. She is excited to be part of the Beatty Pittman Team and the new community of Rachel’s Place. When not onsite at Rachel’s Place, she enjoys all Wilmington has to offer! She’s a beach girl at heart and loves spending time in the sun and on the boat fishing, swimming and floating!
