We came to Wilmington from the DC area. First trip was the first to the area. Met with Bill, sensed his honesty and integrity; asked him if he would work with us and we would eventually buy a house from him. Six months, about six trips, and after Bill filtering and showing us 60 – 70 homes we bought a beautiful home in Landfall. Our commitment and investment in Bill paid off handsomely. He then oversaw and was with us thought the administrative issues; offer, financial, legal, closing. What a wonderful process; and still occasionally Bill calls to see how we are doing and if we need local assistance with anything.
