Community Division

Our New Homes Community division was formed in 1999 to help local builders to assist local builders and developers in effectively marketing and selling their communities. Since then our team has successfully marketed and sold out 34 residential neighborhoods (Take a peek at our ‘Sold Out’ Community Roster here!) and helped almost 2,800 families buy a new construction home in southeastern NC.
