In 1993, Keith Beatty joined Intracoastal Realty. Just six years later, Keith formed the first real estate team east of I-40 and one of the first teams in North Carolina.
Keith’s visionary thinking began with one administrative assistant, and today has grown to a team of 30 members. Keith hired Drew Pittman to join the team in the summer of 2003, and throughout the years, the synergy between Keith and Drew grew as Drew took on many different roles and positions from Buyer’s Agent to Onsite New Home Sales to Team Leader. In early 2022, Keith and Drew made the decision to take their synergy to the next level and partner as the Beatty Pittman Team.
