Spring in Wilmington means one thing: Azalea Festival season! The North Carolina Azalea Festival returns April 8–12, bringing five days of signature events, live entertainment, garden tours, and downtown energy throughout the city.
Festival highlights include:
- Downtown Street Fair | April 10–12 Local vendors, food, and live entertainment along the riverfront bringing five days of signature events, garden tours, and energy throughout the city. Hours: Friday 6–10 PM, Saturday 10 AM–10 PM, Sunday 10 AM–5 PM
- Azalea Festival Parade | Saturday, April 11 at 9:30 AM One of Wilmington’s most loved annual traditions.
- Azalea Garden Tour | April 10–12 at 10 AM A chance to explore some of the area’s most beautiful private gardens.
- Tunes & Blooms | Sunday, April 12 at 12 PM A fun, family-friendly way to wrap up festival weekend.
