Bill Boyer
Bill Boyer is from Tidewater, VA and relocated to the Wilmington area in 1992, a few years after graduating from James Madison University. He currently resides in Wrightsville Beach. The Wilmington area allows his wife, Holly and two girls, Lily and Ella, and him to enjoy the coastal lifestyle that he had growing up in the Virginia area. He has spent the past 28 years in the Real Estate industry, working closely with buyers and sellers and recently transitioned to the Keith Beatty Team. Bill enjoys getting to know each of his clients so he can better serve their Real Estate needs and desires. He would be happy assist you in finding your new lifestyle on the North Carolina Coast.

For the past year I have come to know Bill as my Real Estate Broker, friend and now peer. From the beginning Bill welcomed my wife Eileen and I into the Wilmington area and worked diligently to find us a home that fit our needs entirely. He was available whenever we needed him for advice, a showing or just had general questions regarding the Wilmington area. We came to Wilmington from the DC area. First trip was the first to the area. Met with Bill, sensed his honesty and integrity; asked him if he would work with us and we would eventually buy a house from him. Six months, about six trips, and after Bill filtering and showing us 60 – 70 homes we bought a beautiful home in Landfall. Our commitment and investment in Bill paid off handsomely. He then oversaw and was with us thought the administrative issues; offer, financial, legal, closing. What a wonderful process; and still occasionally Bill calls to see how we are doing and if we need local assistance with anything.
