Holly King Prillaman
Trust someone to rely on, someone to guide you through the real estate process. That’s exactly who Holly is. She began her real estate career in 2005 in the Winston-Salem market and has recently made the exciting decision to relocate to Wilmington.
She specializes in relocation, new construction and development, fine homes, first-time homebuyers, downsizing and retirement, and providing a smooth, informed real estate experience.
As a mother of two, she is naturally patient, responsible, prompt, and an expert multitasker, all essential qualities in today’s ever-changing real estate market. Both children are now grown and attended colleges in North Carolina.
When she isn’t working, she enjoys spending time with her family, often near the water, on the boat, at the beach, or exploring local restaurants downtown and around the Wrightsville Beach area.
She has also been involved with organizations such as the Second Harvest Food Bank of Winston-Salem and the Home Builders Association of Winston-Salem.
