Jessica West
Jess was born and raised in Benson, North Carolina which is a small, country town less than two hours from the beach. She spent most of her summers visiting the coastal beaches along NC until she moved to Wilmington in 2001 where she began her real estate career at the local Home Builders Association. There she established many long-lasting relationships with local builders, fellow realtors, lenders and sub-contractors. She originally started working for Intracoastal Realty in 2005 as an Agent Manager where she managed over 80 agents. She soon realized that she loved real estate, obtained her broker license and has been helping families achieve their real estate dreams ever since!
When Jess is not helping clients, she can be found out on the water. Her love for where she lives allows her to enjoy some of her favorite activities which include boating, offshore fishing, yoga, live music, backyard barbecues and oyster roasts, but most importantly spending time with her son, Weston and their dog, Hadley. “I love gardening and being outside. We are very fortunate to have mild winters here, so I really get to enjoy all the outdoor activities our area has to offer.” states Jess.
