Jim Cooper
Jim Cooper, a Wilmington resident since 1977, grew up in Columbia, South Carolina. He graduated from The University of South Carolina and spent time as a teacher before moving to our beautiful area, where he began a 40-year career in sales, primarily working in the industrial market.
Jim’s sales instincts and desire to help led him to Intracoastal Realty, where he offers a deep knowledge and love of the area to all of his buyers and sellers. He enjoys meeting each client’s unique needs and offers a wealth of real estate knowledge to face the ever-changing market.
In his free time, Jim enjoys spending time with his three sons and three grandchildren. He is involved in the community and has actively volunteered with organizations like the Cape Fear Council Boy Scouts, where he helped three sons achieve the rank of Eagle Scout. He has served on the board for the Fellowship of Christian Athletes as well as Myrtle Grove Christian School, and is currently a board member of the YMCA of Southeastern North Carolina. He enjoys running and swimming, and regularly competes in swimming events.
