A seasoned and accomplished real estate professional, Keith Beatty is one of North Carolina’s top-ranked agents. Raised in Hawaii, Florida and Charlotte, NC, Keith graduated from East Carolina University (go Pirates!) with a B.S. in Education.
Keith has been a resident of Wilmington since 1983 and began his career as a self-employed busines owner before joining Intracoastal Realty in 1993. For 20 consecutive years, Keith has been Intracoastal Realty’s top agent for homes sold and has ranked as the area’s top selling team for 9 consecutive years. Collectively, his team of 28 licensed agents has sold 8,000+ properties totaling over $2 billion in sales volume…and growing!
