Kristin Bedford is a trusted Realtor and licensed Real Estate Instructor who brings experience, dedication, and heart to every client relationship. A native of Maryland, Kristin began her real estate career on Maryland’s Eastern Shore before making Wilmington, North Carolina her home.
A graduate of Drexel University in Philadelphia, she holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Merchandising and Design and is a proud member of Delta Zeta Sorority. Over the years, Kristin has enjoyed living in some of the most beautiful areas along the East Coast—including Hilton Head Island, South Carolina, and the Maryland/DC/Virginia region—giving her a deep appreciation for what truly makes a house a home.
With more than 20 years in sales and customer service, Kristin is passionate about helping clients find the right home to fit their lifestyle. She is known for her professionalism, attention to detail, and commitment to providing a seamless and enjoyable real estate experience.
