Kristin Bedford
Kristin is a native of Maryland and began her real estate career on Maryland’s Eastern Shore. Kristin is an accomplished realtor, licensed in North Carolina since 2016, she has earned her Accredited Buyers Representative Designation, Certified New Homes Sales Specialist, Residential Construction Certified, and became licensed as an Instructor by the Real Estate Commission in 2021. Kristin is an Alumni of Drexel University, with a Bachelor of Science degree in Merchandising and Design and was also a member of Delta Zeta Sorority.
Since moving to North Carolina Kristin has become an active part of her community and currently serves as the President of Coastal Pender Rotary Club, Registrar for the Wilmington Ladies Tea Walk Chapter of the National Society Daughters of the American Revolution, and sits on the Board of her communities HOA.
Kristin has always been passionate about sales and has spent more than 20 years helping customers/clients find what makes them happy.
