Mark Yow
Mark Yow was born and raised in Wilmington and is a true local. Along with his wife Charlotte, Mark has two daughters, Katherine and Lilly-Anne. Learning the development business from his father, Lionel Yow, and his grandfather, Edgar Yow, Mark has a love of the land and the proper methods of development. The knowledge he acquired the past 30 years from the many developments in which he partnered with and learned from some of the best developers in the Wilmington and surrounding area benefits his clients as he understands the land development process from start to finish.
From land acquisition to home sales, Mark has experienced the financial challenges and the ins and outs of development from the permitting phase through infrastructure completion to the completion of the homes to be sold. Mark is excited to be a part of the Beatty Pittman Team and Intracoastal Realty adding value to serve investors and developers that want to grow and enhance our wonderful area.
