Growing up in Eastern North Carolina, Michael Stroud developed a deep appreciation for the coastal lifestyle, spending summers with his family at Wrightsville Beach. The beauty of the beach community and activities like swimming, fishing, and boating fostered his strong connection to the area and its culture.
After graduating from the University of North Carolina Wilmington in 2004, Michael merged his passion for helping others with his dedication to the local community by launching his real estate career. With over 20 years in the industry, Michael has worked with luxury homes, investment properties, vacation homes, first-time buyers, and commercial real estate.
