Steve Cline is a true native of the “Tar Heel” state, born at Camp Lejeune in Jacksonville, NC grew up in Hickory, NC and a graduate of Western Carolina University….After moving to Wilmington in 1989, he immediately became involved in the real estate industry spending his earlier years on the sales teams of major developments such as St. James Plantation and Bald Head Island….After partnering with Intracoastal Realty in 2001 and later with Beatty Pittman Team, Steve has positioned himself to expertly assist and negotiate on your behalf – whether buying or selling your primary residence—or your coastal vacation home getaway in Wilmington and our area beaches.
Leisurely, Steve enjoys spending time with his two daughters and two grandkids – as well as taking advantage of our relaxed coastal lifestyle –on the beach, boating and golf!
