Tripp Southerland
James Southerland, III, better known as Tripp, is a Wilmington native and grew up enjoying all our area has to offer. In addition to enjoying the beach and other outdoor activities, his favorite past time was playing sports. Tripp is a third-generation graduate and athlete of New Hanover High School.
Prior to real estate, Tripp began his work experience in sales and service. He was always committed to providing the best possible service. He listened to his client’s needs and concerns, focused on the details, communicated frequently, and consistently looked after his client’s best interests. Tripp later started his own business where he enjoyed meeting customers not only in Wilmington and the surrounding beaches, but also in Southport, Topsail, and Hampstead.
Tripp’s desire to look after his client’s best interests lead him to working with Intracoastal Realty and joining the Beatty Pittman Team. Whether you are a familiar local, his best friend or a new client, you can count on Tripp to help your buying or selling experience to be seamless and professional, but still personal too.
When he is not working for you, he will be enjoying time with his family. Tripp lives in Wilmington with his wife, Allison, their two children, Truman and Sadie, and their dog Boone.
