Private and active communities with upscale amenities close to the Atlantic Ocean.

Landfall and Airlie are active communities in North Carolina in New Hanover County near Wrightsville Beach and Wilmington. The area is heavily influenced by the nearby inlet and creek at which the ocean connects the mainland and the barrier islands. These coastal towns are fantastic waterfront locations known for their beauty surroundings and outdoor lifestyles.

A premier address in southeastern North Carolina, Landfall is a gated, family-oriented community, offering residents 2,200 acres of natural and landscaped scenic beauty, including 320 acres of conservation land. The amenity-rich community is complemented by the Country Club of Landfall’s Pete Dye and Jack Nicklaus golf courses and the Cliff Drysdale Sports Complex.  Residents of Landfall also enjoy nature trails, sports fields, the historic, late 19th century Temple Gardens and a park along the Intracoastal Waterway.

The Airlie area offers a prime location to Airlie Gardens, Mayfaire, Lumina Station and beyond. Here, the ocean is never far, and the sounds of nature are just outside your door. Located amid stately live oaks, lush gardens, and waterways, you’ll experience the best of Wrightsville Sound when you live in the Airlie area.
