Wendy in our eyes is by far the best real estate agent in NC. Thanks to all of her hard work in regards to listening to our needs and wants she picked out the perfect home for us. We only had to travel down from New Jersey once to tour the 6 houses. All were great in their own way but the one we chose hit all our needs. She made the sale easy for someone out of state. All the people she suggested we use from mortgage to insurance to home inspection were all top notch. Wendy made us northerners feel that “southern hospitality” right from our first meeting.
