I can’t say enough great things about Joanna. We started on our home buying ‘adventure’ back in Jan 2019. She represented us from a distance as we were relocating from Raleigh. Once we had a contract with our first builder, she was extremely attentive and always responded to our needs the same day. As we experienced challenges, she expertly navigated the negotiations and eventually helped us clear a path to a new contract on the perfect home that we closed on the end of August 2019. There were numerous contractual processes she had to complete, but she never flinched. Joanna is one of the best realtors I have ever worked with and I would highly recommend her to anyone in the market.
